As a full scope maintenance provider, Knightsbridge offers comprehensive annual packages that cover the entirety of a strata complex’s needs. If one subscribes to this Strata Annual Maintenance (SAM) program, their exterior maintenance will be covered in all regards throughout every season. During the winter, we can attend to gutter clearing and snow removal, while the rest of the year we can clean siding, windows, remove moss, clean exterior dryer vents, and much more.

These SAM programs come with a variety of incentives including discounted pricing, optimized service, pre-scheduling options, and extended warranties for repairs and general upkeep. These non-binding agreements will allow you and your community to not have to worry about booking multiple contractors over the course of the year.

In addition to our standard exterior maintenance services, we can also add janitorial, handyman, and caretaking to our proposals. We will customize the package to suit your needs, and can adjust the services at any time.
