With this philosophy in mind, we are proud to announce that Knightsbridge is launching a new branch in the new year – Knightsbridge Okanagan Valley, or, KOV.
Set to take off in March 2021, our second location is already primed to provide the cities of Kelowna, Vernon, Peachland, and Penticton with the excellent service that has made us a household name throughout the Lower Mainland. As the Okanagan Valley’s urban spaces expand, the need for a reliable team to service the area’s strata and commercial properties is more urgent than ever. We are ready to fill that gap.

As a gesture of goodwill to our new clients, we are pleased to offer a sizable discount on all of our services. Up to 30 % will be deducted from the final invoice of any exterior maintenance project that is approved by April 30, 2021. This offer applies to services that can be scheduled at any time throughout that year, a fact which aligns with our renowned Strata Annual Maintenance program.
The Strata Annual Maintenance program (SAM) is one component of Knightsbridge’s offering that has allowed us to build deeper ties with our strata clients. A SAM package is intended to align with every one of the complex’s maintenance needs throughout the year. These correspond with the unique build, location, and preference of each strata, and include services for every season.
When the leaves begin to fall, our team is there to clear gutters. When moss and algae begin to take over the siding, Knightsbridge is ready, ‘soft wash’ systems on hand. By serving as a preferred contractor, our team compiles information about the complex’s needs over time. This information is then passed along to the property manager, who follows our recommendations to further preserve the property’s value.
Knightsbridge is changing how property maintenance is approached within the Okanagan region. In 2021, managers and councils will no longer have to face the hassle of securing a reliable contractor for any pressure washing, siding cleaning, gutter clearing, window washing, moss removal, parkade cleaning, or snow removal. Should any property require these services, we will be there to make sure they are covered.
